Playing with Macro Lens

Brought my macro lens along to last night's engagement session. Her is one of the images I took. I kinda like her expression, so I kept it, even though he is all smiley.

Ladybug teenagers....

...and just like your own, you might be tempted to kill these little buggers.

But don't... they will soon grow up to be beautiful Ladybugs.

Spending my summer at camp!

We live about 2 hours away from a summer camp that my girls LOVE to attend. The camp is offered twice during the summer and if I go as a counselor to both camps, the girls can attend the second camp for free - so here I stay for the summer. It is HOT, but it is a great group of people and the girls have a blast (I usually enjoy it as well). Here are some shots of what we do...

I just took this of a huge jumpin spider that found some warmth on my modem...he was about the size of a quarter...see the catchlights?
